Women in Consultancy is a recruitment organization specializing in sourcing and placing (female) talent in the consultancy and IT sectors, from entry-level to senior positions.

We guide candidates through the entire process—from the initial intake to interview preparation and support during contract negotiations and signing.

An assessment may include a skills test, IQ test, or personality questionnaire. You can prepare by practicing various sample tests available online.

Look at the diversity of the leadership team, read company reviews, and ask about their policies, metrics, and specific actions taken to promote an inclusive workplace during your interview. By asking targeted questions, female candidates can make informed decisions about potential employers while also contributing to gender equality in their field.

Our DevelopHER Academy is designed for beginners and women looking to retrain for a career in IT. Examples include roles like Python developer, JavaScript developer, or SQL specialist.

About Women in Consultancy

We offer a 2-month guarantee period (unless otherwise agreed), during which we will provide a replacement candidate free of charge.

If a candidate does not pass their probation period, we will provide a replacement candidate free of charge within the 2-month guarantee period.

The average time to fill a vacancy is 6 to 8 weeks.

We begin with a deep-dive session with the client to understand their needs, the role, and the job profile. Candidates are then screened based on their CV, experience, personality traits (to assess team and organizational fit), and growth ambitions.

On average, we propose 4 to 5 candidates per procedure.
